Quandia
Corporation is an Information Technology company located in Rhode Island that
offers software, network support and training to Public Housing
Authorities (PHA's), landlords and assisted living centers. We
specifically market our services to agencies that are required by the
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to report applicant, tenant,
development, unit and financial data on the 50059 and 50058 forms.

Most agencies rely on the tenant folder to monitor and
store information about their applicants and tenants. Our system replaces
that need. Our system is a proactive tool
that displays the status of an applicant, tenant or unit without
relying on the tenant folder. Agencies use many different sub-systems
such as excel spreadsheets and rogue databases to apply electronic band aids to
bridge the gap that their software can not provide. Our software removes
the need for those electronic band aids through a user friendly, fully
