Click on image to view slideshow The Section 8 Waiting List program is the cornerstone of our housing suite. It captures all the data required for applicant eligibility and ultimately lease up. It fully automates the pesky third party verification process which can stranglehold your agency due to the huge paper volume and laborious HUD tracking requirements. It's all done through a fully integrated contact management system using our exclusive Status Factor Technology (SFT ™). The program tracks each step in the application process or pyramid and assigns a unique status such as applied, eligible or ineligible. SFT ™ eliminates the reliance on mail merge, word processors and spreadsheets. Additonal Features: Automatically view the rank on all waiting lists the applicant is eligible. System automatically populates which programs the applicant can enroll. During the offer process the system automatically suggest the unit that should be shown first based upon vacancy, program type and bedroom size. If an applicant refuses the maximum number of offers, then the applicant will moved to the bottom of the waiting list automatically. Historical tracking of each status change that occurs on an applicant. A rollback feature which allows the users to step backwards. Reapply feature which allows an old applicant to be entered back onto the waiting list and avoid duplicate data entry. Displays a detailed rent calculation worksheet for each program the family is enrolled.
